Order and Shipping
Re-check that the information you provided is accurate and if required make any necessary corrections/changes. When you are ready, click Proceed button to submit your order. You will then be required to fill in information regarding your preferred mode of payment and relevant information. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. Your copy will be delivered by courier or by registered book post depending on your address and you should receive it within 20 days. If you do not receive your issue within 20 days from the day it was ordered, contact us at admin@heritage-india.com. We will respond to your query within 3 business days. And if the magazine still remains undeliverable, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order for items bought on www.heritage-india.com, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.
Returns
You can return any item bought from heritage-india.com within 15 days from time of receipt of the magazine. Please inform us at admin@heritage-india.com. However, we cannot accept returns, if the magazine has been bought from Merchants, stores, etc. selling on behalf of Heritage India. In such a case, we request you to return the magazine directly to that Merchant or Seller.
Exchange
If you received a damaged copy and would like to exchange it for a new one, please e-mail us at admin@heritage-india.com to request a replacement. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the damage is due to our error (bad print, faulty cutting/ binding, etc.). However, requests for returns will only be entertained if made within the first 15 days from receipt of the magazine and the item must be returned within the first 30 days.
Refund
Returns, cancellations or refunds will only be entertained for items purchased directly from www.heritage-india.com. Items purchased from other sellers must be returned directly to that seller. You should expect to receive your refund within five weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received the returned item and your refund. Your refund will be sent to you by cheque or Demand Draft.
Undeliverable Packages
A package may be deemed undeliverable for one of the following reasons:
- If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier. When placing a new order, please re-check your address carefully to ensure that it is accurate and provide us with your phone number so that our carrier can contact you if required.
- You reside in a zone that is not served by our carrier.
- In rare cases, it is also possible that the carrier made a mistake and left the package at a different address then what was printed on the label.
Note: Most carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After which the package will be returned to us.
If the package is undeliverable, we will issue a full refund. If your order cannot be delivered for various reasons: for example you being out of station at the time that the magazine is to be delivered, or if you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us at admin@heritage-india.com.
